Base Leader & Dive Instructor
Luca's journey with the sea began long before the Maldives. From the Mediterranean to the Atlantic coasts of Portugal, the ocean has always been more than a destination—it is his true home. For Luca, diving is not simply a profession; it is an endless cinematic realm meant to be explored and shared. As a passionate underwater videographer, he possesses a rare gift for capturing the fleeting beauty and fragile balance of the deep, turning every single dive into a timeless story. With his calm and welcoming presence, he guides guests through the blue with authentic enthusiasm, ensuring absolute safety while instilling a profound reverence for the marine world that goes far beyond technique.

Federica Moscheo
Marine Biologist & Snorkel Guide
Growing up with an innate curiosity for the natural world, Federica's path inevitably led her to marine biology, studying across Italy and the UK before making the Maldives her sanctuary. In these crystal-clear waters, she dedicates her life to protecting the ocean's most vulnerable inhabitants. For years, she has been at the forefront of hands-on conservation projects, from monitoring mantas and sea turtles to leading vital coral restoration initiatives. Federica believes that true conservation begins with understanding. Armed with bright energy and deep empathy, she helps guests see the ocean through the eyes of a scientist, transforming every simple encounter with marine life into a mesmerizing moment of pure wonder, awareness, and profound respect.
