Visiting this website

You can browse this entire website without providing any personal data. To understand how our site is used, we use a privacy‑friendly, cookieless analytics tool that measures overall visits and page views without using cookies and without collecting any information that identifies you personally. That is why you still see no cookie banner here. We do not use advertising trackers or social media pixels. Anything stored on your device (such as your language or dark‑mode preference) serves a purely functional purpose, never leaves your device, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

When you contact us

When you send us an enquiry through this website — for example using one of the “book” or “enquire” buttons — we keep a record of your request so we can follow it up, and your email app opens so you can send us your message. That record includes the details you share with us (such as your name, contact details, and what you are interested in), together with the basic technical information needed to handle it and keep the service secure.

We use this information for one purpose only: to answer you and to organise the activities you ask us about. The legal basis is GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not send newsletters or marketing messages, we do not sell or share your details with anyone, and we do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to handle it and any resulting arrangements, then delete it.

Our website and your enquiry data are handled by our hosting, analytics and email providers, who process it only on our behalf. As we are located in the Republic of Maldives, your data is processed outside the European Economic Area. We honour the data protection rights listed below for all our guests, wherever you reside.
